— confirms that the personal data provided by him/her belong to him/her personally;
— acknowledges and confirms that he/she has carefully and fully read this Agreement and the terms of processing of the personal data that he/she specifies in the online-application (registration) fields on the Website;
— acknowledges and confirms that all provisions of this Agreement and the terms of processing of his/her personal data are clearly understood by him/her;
— gives consent for the Website to process the provided personal data in order to register the User’s application on the Website; and
— agrees to the terms of personal data processing without any reservations or restrictions.

The user gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data, namely to the performance of actions specified in Clause 3, Part 1, Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, and affirms that, by giving this consent, he/she acts freely, voluntarily and in his/her own interests. The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious. This User’s consent applies to the processing of the following personal data:
— surname, first name, patronymic;
— place of residence (town/city, region);
— phone numbers; and
— e-mail addresses.

The User grants the timexlogistics.ru service the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data:
— acquisition and accumulation;
— storage within periods for retaining the accounting records as established by the regulatory documents, but no less than for three years, from the date of the User’s discontinuance of the use of the Website services;
— clarification (update, change);
— the use for recording the User’s requests on the Website;
— destruction; and
— transfer by court order, including to third parties, in compliance with measures ensuring protection of personal data against unauthorized access.

This consent remains in force indefinitely from the time of data provision and can be withdrawn by you by submitting an application to the Website administration with indicating the data covered by Article 14 of the Law “On Personal Data.” The User can withdraw his/her consent to the personal data processing by sending a corresponding instruction in a simple written form to the e-mail address info@timexlogistics.ru

The Website is not responsible for third parties’ use (both lawful and illegal) of the information posted by the User on the Website, including its reproduction and distribution, by any possible means. The Website has the right to amend this Agreement.

When making changes to the current version, the date of the latest update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement shall be effective as of the time of its placement, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Agreement. The current version is always on the page at timexbroker.ru/confidential. The substantive and procedural law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Website as arising out of or in connection with the use of the Agreement.
